Bradley W. Pattison has been painting for more than twenty years. His paintings do not stay around long so keep looking here for new works! Bradley says the reasons his work sells quickly are threefold: 1) The work is not only good, but rather unusual. It leans toward the dark side, but in a conservative way. "I attempt to create an enigmatic dream state that causes the viewer to become a part of the painting ... to see their story in my imagery."

2) In recent times Bradley has changed from painting huge canvases to miniatures or small paintings. "Everyone has room for small paintings," he says. "I no longer have to hear, 'I don't have a wall big enough for your work.'" And, 3) his work is not expensive. Selling and getting the work out is his main priority. "I knew years ago," Bradley continues, "that I did not want to end up with the largest collection of Bradley W. Pattison paintings!"

Part of the collection shown here is entitled, "Ports O' Call" which draws on the twelve years Bradley spent as a passenger aboard the Royal Viking Line of cruise ships circumnavigating the world. In this series he creates a dream state which shows the magic and atmosphere of the experience of ship travel.
